One of the invisible wonders of Rila is the clean air. According to experts from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS), the region is among the places where the air quality is exceptionally high, with no pollution and having healing properties.

Sapareva banya geyser

The area is rich in thermal waters (41°C), with proven therapeutic and preventive effects on the musculoskeletal system and skin dermatitis. Springs are located in separate settlements—Belchin Baths, Belchin Village, and Sapareva Banya, where the hottest water (103°C) emerges, along with the only geyser in the Balkans. The mineral water has proven therapeutic and preventive effects on diseases of the peripheral nervous system: neuritis, radiculitis, radiculoneuritis, discopathies, paresis, paralysis.

About 200 meters north of the center of Relyovo is the church of "St. Archangel Michael".

Above the village is the Relyovo Fun Trail, a bike trail over 1 km long, suitable for both advanced and beginner riders.

In the forest above the village, there is also the Relyovo Hunting Lodge.
